In 2019, I took a leap of faith and put a deposit down on a villa in Lucca Italy, in the Tuscany Region. 15 brave souls trusted and came along with my for my very first international yoga retreat. Hiking, wine, food, adventure, dancing, culture and a way of life that I remember fondly - oh and yoga. A trip I will never forget and it's safe to say set me on my path of hosting and leading yoga retreats world-wide.
