Every SOUL has a story that is rich in ups and downs, triumphs and struggles, and is as unique as the next - the yoga practice meets you there, wherever you are - it doesn't discriminate - I love it for that.  No striving for perfection, but rather creating opportunity for a moment in time where nothing is expected of you - just movement, breath and awareness that builds, grows and evolves to support you on your daily journey through life.
