SUP Yoga ~
On the water, the energy becomes something you can feel beneath your feet ~ the most beautiful marinade of yoga + water + nature
SUP Yoga invites you into a space where strength meets surrender, where stillness meets movement, and where you learn to flow with whatever the board — or life — brings your way.
Every wobble becomes wisdom.
Every breath becomes an anchor.
Every pose becomes a conversation between you and the water.
Out here, balance isn’t something you force — it’s something you find.
Soft, strong, steady, present… carried by the rhythm of the water and supported by your own inner strength.
SUP Yoga — What It Actually Is (and Why It’s Magic)
SUP yoga takes your regular yoga practice, tosses it onto a floating board, and lets the water do its thing. You’re moving, breathing, wobbling, laughing, and finding your balance in a way that feels both playful and deeply grounding despite being on the water.
There is nothing better than exploring nature and the water than on a stand up paddle board. Add yoga to that mix... well it becomes just perfect if you ask me.

What to Expect in a SUP Yoga Class
A typical class starts with an on shore basic paddle lesson, reviewing a few safety measures and going over the general game plan for the class.
We'll hit the water and take an easy paddle to our destination. Once we anchor, we will flow through a basic all levels "vinyasa style" yoga class — And yes, you might fall in. And yes, it’s part of the fun!
Every class ends with a floating Savasana — the kind of peace you can’t fake. Just you, the water, the sky, and your breath. Absolute bliss while you float under the sky and truly the best part!
